This card is usefull for law enforcement and medical personnel. It provides a precise range of millimeter dots for comparison to see how much a persons pupils are dialated. Cards are wallet size for easy storage.

There are three styles available:
1.0 Basic one-side printed for general use. Laminated for durability.
2.0 Two-side printed with dots on one side and “Miranda Rights” on other. Great for patrol officers.

3.0 Two-side printed with dots on one side and a fill-in form on the back. Provides a permanent record for official use. Comes 50/peel off pad.
